Land Manager, Residential Development, M5 Corridor, South West

Reporting to the Land Director you will be responsible for buying land for short and medium-term use, on both a conditional and unconditional basis. You are either a Land Buyer seeking the next step up in your career or an existing Land Manager ready for a fresh challenge. You are an outstanding negotiator and deal maker and have an extensive network of contacts within the target area.

My client is a privately owned, award winning house builder who produce stand-out, high-quality homes across the south midlands and south west. With a true passion for detail, a strong team culture and proud history of success they are expanding their operations and look to appoint a Land Manager to support their ambitious growth plans.

The ideal candidate will be commercially aware and delivery focused, with experience of acquiring land for residential purpose. First class communication and presentation skills are essential, as you will be interacting with both internal and external contacts, using your persuasive character to co-ordinate and negotiate deals.

Current working knowledge of the M5 corridor market is essential.
