Job Details
Our client is a boutique Investment Management company who invest in diverse property assets across the UK and Western Europe, and who have transacted over £1bn in the last 24 months. They are very well financially backed and have a strong appetite for growth over 2019.
Due to their growth plans they are now looking for a very credible, hands on asset manager with a good track record in innovative approaches to value enhancement. Ideal candidates will be numerate and have an analytical approach, as well good lease re-gearing experience, refurbishment, and leasing ability. Candidates don’t need European experience, but the role will include occasional travel, and will ideally have between 2 – 5 years PQE. They offer an exciting and extremely entrepreneurial working environment, working within a well respected team.
