Assistant Building Surveyor - Niche Consultancy

A niche and recently established consultancy have instructed Beach Baker with a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Building Surveyor to join their South West office. The company are industry experts in healthcare and capital planning, property and project management, working with over a quarter of the organisations within the NHS market at any given time.

The successful candidates will be a recently chartered surveyor (one to three years PQE) or an Assistant Surveyor with at least 12-months' consultancy experience working towards their APC training. Preferably, but not essentially, you will have NHS estate knowledge particularly with strategic estates management or sustainability specialisms.
