Property Asset Manager - Commercial/Rural

£35-45,000+Excellent Package (Flexible)
Balcaskie is a modern working estate at the heart of the East Neuk of Fife. Committed to cultivating and caring for the natural environment, nurturing local business and supporting their vibrant community. A unique opportunity has arisen to work alongside the Estate Director to take responsibility for the performance of the commercial and residential property portfolios in accordance with Balcaskie Estate's vision, strategies, objectives and values.
Key Responsibilities:
-Create a long term Asset Management strategy
-Manage refurbishment and development projects from design to completion
-Build strong relationships with existing and future tenants and other community stakeholders
-Drive process and compliance within the business
-Create and manage budgets, reporting at board level
The Individual:
-MRICS
-At least two years post qualification experience in a similar position; able to demonstrate building relationships, leadership, strategic and analytical skills.
- Commercially astute, entrepreneurial, organised and focused
-Professionally presented, personable and credible with the ability to present a positive image of the Estate
- Personal ethics that fit well with the Estate's culture and approach to business
