Property Manager
£47,000 to £60,000 per annum
Location: Staines-upon-Thames
About your new Council
Spelthorne Borough may be compact, but we are very forward thinking and there are huge opportunities on offer in property management and residential lettings. Heathrow is on our doorstep, we are promoting a Southern Light Rail link to the airport, and Shepperton Studios have their home here. As a Council we have significant landholdings and development opportunities in Staines-upon-Thames. We also have a wholly owned Council company – Knowle Green Estates Ltd – to deliver our development programme.
Investment roles
Within the last two years our investment assets have grown from zero to £1bn. Our blue chip tenants include BP, We Work and Amadeus. We need additional resource to manage our growing estate and are looking for a Property Manager with private sector experience to assist. You will also deal with the municipal assets and charitable organisations.

• Commercial acumen and private sector experience
• Proven track record in delivery of property management
and residential lettings
• Drive, enthusiasm and ability to work at pace
• Relevant professional qualifications
