Head of Property and PFI

Salary: £52,306 - £60,983

We are seeking a highly motivated and exceptional individual to lead our Property and PFI team. The post holder will be responsible for managing the Trust’s property portfolio covering over 180,000m² of accommodation across two main hospital sites including three Private Finance Initiative (PFI) contracts with unitary charges of circa £11m. This post is an exciting opportunity for candidates who thrive on working to tight deadlines and delivering the best outcomes for patients.

Reporting to the Deputy Director of Estates Facilities and Development, the post holder will also be responsible for ensuring best value for money in all property transactions, demonstrates significant experience and expertise in delivering complex land disposals and has a sound understanding of PFI Project Agreements and payment mechanisms.
