Job Description
Strategic
* Identify opportunities to maximise efficiency and profitability of the division.
* Set high level goals and targets for staff and the division.
* Periodically assess and clearly report on progress.
* Promote a single message/vision for the company.
Implementation
* Build an appropriate team of professionals to deliver the required output.
* Manage the team and its output to the highest level of professionalism and success.
* Drive the business forward and seek new opportunities to capture.
Operational Assets
* Ensure all assets are maintained by the team to the highest standard of functionality, aesthetics and user friendliness.
* Ensure all lease events are managed by the team in a proactive and considered way.
* Ensure all client and tenant interactions are of the highest calibre and complements the reputation of the business.
* Ensure that the financial management of all clients' assets is up to date and follows an efficient process.
* Ensure all assets are fully compliant and managed in accordance with industry guidelines/best-practice.
* Ensure all asset reporting is delivered punctually, accurately and in accordance with the clients' reasonable expectations.
Corporate
* Report to the Management Board and attend meetings as required.
* Financial management of the division's income and expenditure.
Requirement
* Proven track record of delivering excellent property and asset management.
* Proven track record of managing a growing and dynamic team.
* Proven track record of meeting deadlines and deliverables.
* A great attitude, loyalty and reliability
