Resi Val Surveyor (Remote) @ Leading National Property Co

RealRec is delighted to be working with a leading multidisciplinary Property Company, who are looking for an AssocRics or MRICS Residential Valuation Surveyor covering their Kent patch.

Please note this is a remote/working from home based role, where you will be working closely with head office who will be helping to book and fill your valuation appointments for you.

Requirements:

- AssocRICS or MRICS
- 2+ Years proven experience
- Good working knowledge of principal valuation software packages
- Ability to generate new business.
- Experience of enhancing business performance through use of technology

Roles and responsibilities:

- To undertake valuation and survey work and report in accordance with RICS appraisal and valuation manuals, guidance notes, information papers and other published documentation
- To work in accordance with RICS guidance and Company procedures to ensure professional standards are achieved and maintained, including productivity, - quality control and turnaround targets
- To have a thorough working knowledge of current valuation standards and methods
- To have a thorough working knowledge of building practices and construction types
- To attend company CPD training events and ensure compliance with RICS CPD requirements
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure all deadlines are achieved
- Contribute to graduate development
- Applying current market insight and knowledge to valuation modelling

Our client are offering a very competitive salary package circa £40k-65k + Car/Carr Allowance + generous package. Please note we would consider more for outstanding candidates.
