Job Details
We are currently looking for a Structural Project Manager to join a developer with an 18 hectare mixed-use site in London.
You are expected to oversee the whole function:
- monitoring all consultants and contractors,
- liasing with all stakeholders
- taking responsibility for the project control policies
- to be involved in planning, design, building regulations and construction
This is the prime opportunity for someone to take the next step in their career and to take on a large amount of responsibility on a large-scale regeneration site.
