Property Manager – up to £35,000 (depending on experience)

Our client, a leading Property Company with over 90 regional offices throughout the UK and abroad, are looking for highly organised Property Manager to join one of their busy offices in North West London.

With a portfolio of around 300 residential properties, this is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to further their career working for a well-established and highly regarded estate agency with a national brand.

The Property Manager will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the management of a portfolio of residential properties
  • Acting as first point of contact for landlords and client
  • Dealing with clients/customers queries face to face and over the phone.
  • Drawing up Tenancy Agreements.
  • Ensuring any works required are organised prior to commencement of the Tenancy.
  • Ensuring that Health and Safety regulations and guidelines are adhered to.
  • Ensuring that properties are in an acceptable condition prior and during occupancy.
  • Managing and dealing with deposits
  • Overseeing and dealing with issues for a portfolio of Properties.
