A global leader in the Property industry with an international network of offices and a reputation for being the best are looking for a Senior Lettings or Sales Negotiator to join it’s busy Corporate Services team in Richmond, as a Corporate Services Consultant.

Providing relocation solutions across London and the Home Counties for companies and individuals, you will be responsible for both developing new business and managing existing accounts whilst building strong relationships with relocation agents and clients.

The Corporate Services Consultant will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out research activities, pitching for new business and attending meetings
  • Managing a number of existing and new accounts
  • Building strong relationships with relocation agents
  • Arranging & attending client meetings & client events

The Corporate Services Consultant will:

  • Be ARLA Qualified
  • Have previous sales or lettings experience within a Sales Negotiator or Lettings Negotiator role
  • Possess an excellent telephone manner and superb organisational skills with the ability to handle several tasks at any one time
  • Have the ability to search out business opportunities with excellent research skills
