Job Details
A leading Planning consultancy which continues to grow is looking to expand their London office with the addition of an ambitious and motivated Planner who will be involved in a range of small and major schemes across the South East.
Work will include a range of projects across London including ventures with housing associations, developers, instructions from commercial and industrial clients and a number of retail schemes, giving you a broad variety of work.
As a chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute, the ideal candidate should have between 2 and 4 years experience, preferably within a UK based consultancy, thus assisting your transition while also showing that you are looking to make a step up to Senior Planner, leading on smaller schemes and liaising with clients.
Successful candidates will posses impeccable written and verbal skills, enabling them to put across their ideas and arguments in a well constructed manner while also approaching each project with a commercial approaching, enabling them to deliver a high end service to their client.
