  • Assist the Marketing Manager in collating campaign and website data to produce reports
  • Reviewing the website and ensuring it is up-to-date at all times including implementing requested changes such as launch messaging, image updates and price releases
  • Assisting Marketing Manager with updating non-development content on the website
  • Creating new property listings on property portals and ensuring all listings are current and accurate, frequently updating with new messaging and imagery and making sure they all look different. Review competitors in the area to make sure messaging is strong and reinforcing the key USPs of the development
  • Writing email campaign briefs for approval and briefing in with digital agency, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Assisting in the coordination of marketing campaigns, liaising with stakeholders including colleagues' agencies and suppliers to ensure delivery of materials
  • Assist with the organisation of launches and events as directed
  • Research competitors and keep up to date with the latest trends and good marketing campaigns
  • Raising purchase order numbers for approved quotes in a timely fashion
  • General departmental administrative assistance including filing, booking meetings and event coordination
  • Ensure that the PR company regularly updates the news section of website
  • Become an ambassador for each development, understanding the USPs of each site and the target audience

  • Must have strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Ability to multi-task and organize workload
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
  • Able to use own initiative
  • Excellent IT skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Property experience is ideal but not essential, interest in property / eager to learn is essential

Driving license and car is preferable but not essential
