Knowledge, skills and experience required
- RICS qualified with 10+ years' Central London property market experience preferred
- A focus on Customer Service
- A strong leader, role model and people manager
- Able to find commercial solutions to complex challenges
- Ability to quickly earn respect, inspire and develop the team
- Strong and diplomatic team player with an evolved emotional intelligence
- Sound business judgement with financial analytical abilities
