I am currently recruiting a Corporate Asset Manager, to deliver and write a comprehensive asset management and investment strategy for them, that will guide them over the next five years. 2 year fixed term contract, start in roughly a month.

Client Details

I am currently working with a large property holder near in the Nottingham / Leicestershire, who are in a position where they are in need for a comprehensive asset management and investment strategy to be written for them for the next five years. They have large amounts of savings, but also are relatively opening to borrowing if the return is sufficient.

Description

The key responsibilities for the Corporate Asset Manager, (outside of IR35) will be to work with the Head of Property to deliver and write a comprehensive asset management and investment strategy for them, that will guide them over the next five years.

Profile

The successful corporate asset manager, will be someone has delivered asset management strategies previously ideally who has worked in the public sector previously. MRICS is not essential, but preferable and someone who has experience across a range of commercial and investment portfolios would be useful. I need someone who has entrepreneurial and a creative approach to asset management.

Job Offer

Depending on experience and fundamental value that can be added to the portfolio will dictate the level of daily rate we can provide. This would be inside of IR35.
