Your new company
You will work for a global leading property agency, based in Nottinghamshire. The multi-disciplinary office offers property agency, building surveying, valuation and planning services. They operate over 1000 locations, and are continuing to grow. Your new role
You will work as an Agency Surveyor within the Nottingham office. You will work with mainly commercial properties, as well as development opportunities. You will work with the organisation's existing client base, as well as developing business for your portfolio. You negotiate deals with occupiers, as well as liaising with colleagues to deliver the best service to the customer.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in an agency related role, as well as MRICS qualification or equivalent. You will be confident with clients, and be happy to develop business. The ideal candidate will be career driven, and keen to develop their experience within a property leading business.
