Job Details
An East London based local authority is seeking an Interim Commercial Property Surveyor to join their commercial estates function to provide support to staff and act as second point of managememnt contact to a total of 6 members of staff.
You will lead in developing the commercial portfolio plan and take the lead in the overall delgation of all commercial property management activities.
To be successful in this role, you will will need to be a RICS Chartered Surveyor and be able to demonstrate extensive post qualification experience of property matters within a local authority gained either from the public or private sector.
