You will work for a leading building and design consultancy based in Nottinghamshire. They work with a number of sectors including education, commercial, retail, public sector services.

Your new role
You will work as an Assistant Building Surveyor in their Nottingham team, working alongside Directors on a wealth of projects. You will work with condition surveys and reports, dilapidations, project management and some party wall. You will work with education, blue light, public sector and residential sectors, as well as a view to expand in to other sectors.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have degree in Building Surveying or similar discipline, and been to keen to complete your APC. You will have experience in a building surveying role, however as a graduate, this can be minimal. You will want to work for an SME that are currently dominating the market.
