Apprentice Building Surveyor - Milton Keynes

My client is currently looking for an Apprentice to work in their Building Surveying team in their Building Consultancy Division, must have:

• An interest in shaping the future Built Environment
• Confidence in handling facts and figures
• Confidence to meet new people and create new relationships

You'll get involved with everything, from meeting Clients, working alongside Architects, Engineers and Contractors.  The list of responsibilities is varied so this will be a great opportunity for the right person to become a key team member supporting our Building Surveyors.

We want someone who is organised, takes pride in their work and has excellent attention to detail.  They want you to be able to build relationships with others, so if you have some casual work experience behind you, that will help.  You must hold GCSEs, Grades A-C or 5+, in Maths, English and Science and a mixture of A’ Levels in preferably Geography, Maths, Science or Design related subjects.

You'll be expected to study one day a week; they are flexible on how you manage this and as most courses are online and are affiliated to a university who set your modules, you can study at home or at work.  Whatever works best for you.  We will support you along the way with a mentor and a supervisor and a structured apprenticeship study programme so that you can start working towards your professional qualification.
