Estates Services Officer

Estates Services Officer Job in Luton to start immediately on an ongoing temporary basis


I am currently recruiting for an Estates Services Officer to join my client in Luton on an ongoing temporary basis. You will be working full time Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

This job will involve liaising with tenants and handling complaints against contractors, report issues of poor performance to the Estate Services Managers and chase housing officers for missing inspection information. You will also be required to provide administrative support to ensure the estate services contracts are running effectively. You will also be expected to handle tenant enquiries and obtain comprehensive information around repairs concerns.

The ideal candidate will need to visit estates as and when required to monitor service provision of estate service providers so a driving license is essential for this job.

You will need to have administration experience, excellent customer service skills and attention to detail as well as experience dealing with tenants and/or maintenance contractors.
