Are you an Chartered Senior Surveyor with general practice, development and agency experience and looking to work full or part time for a top ten property consultancy?


Our client has over 40 offices across the UK and employ just over 1000 employees. They have recently expanded their successful Commercial division to their Birmingham office, building on their success across the UK. They have an opportunity for to work full or part time to play an integral in the teams growth & development as they look to add 10 new hires over the next 5 years. This is therefore a huge opportunity to not only join a great business, top performers will also have the opportunity to work towards Partner status.


If you are an MRICS Chartered Senior Surveyor with over 3 years post qualification experience in general practice and agency then would we would like to speak with you. This is a diverse role and will include leaseholds, office acquisitions, valuations, agency and development work. You will have the ability to work at a strategic level, developing new and existing client relationships and multi-task effectively to meet deadlines. This is a varied and exciting role with unlimited potential for the Senior Surveyor.
