Property, Investment and Contracts Manager

Grade J: £46,388.50 to £49,496.50 per annum

37 hours per week, permanent

The Job:

The Property, Investment and Contracts Manager plays a key role within the Council leading a team that ensures that the Council’s property portfolio is effectively managed in terms of facilities management and compliance.

The Person:

You will have excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• A good track record of professional development in Facilities Management
• Experience in procurement and management of facilities management contracts
• Experience in building, leading and managing a team
• Experience in managing large budgets
• Qualifications to degree level (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline
• Membership of a relevant professional body such as RICS, IWFM
• Preferably a NEBOSH or IOSH occupational safety certificate
• The ability to build strong relationships with internal customers, external customers and stakeholders
