Property, Investment and Contracts Manager
Grade J: £46,388.50 to £49,496.50 per annum
37 hours per week, permanent
The Job:
The Property, Investment and Contracts Manager plays a key role within the Council leading a team that ensures that the Council’s property portfolio is effectively managed in terms of facilities management and compliance.
The Person:
You will have excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- A good track record of professional development in Facilities Management
- Experience in procurement and management of facilities management contracts
- Experience in building, leading and managing a team
- Experience in managing large budgets
- Qualifications to degree level (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline
- Membership of a relevant professional body such as RICS, IWFM
- Preferably a NEBOSH or IOSH occupational safety certificate
- The ability to build strong relationships with internal customers, external customers and stakeholders
