Assistant Development Manager or Development Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a development professional to join a well-known Central London based developer. They have a portfolio of commercial and residential led-schemes across the capital which are typically high-profile and award-winning.

Due to ongoing growth and a busy development pipeline, the client requires a front-end development manager to join the team. The successful candidate will be MRICS chartered and have experience in managing schemes from post-acquisition onwards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess project viability and suitability
• Run development appraisals and financial viabilities
• Play a crucial part in successfully
• Manage the planning process

The successful candidate will:

• Be MRCIS qualified
• Have 2 – 5 years’ experience

Remuneration:

• Circa £55,000 + bonus (dependent on experience)
