Property Manager, Estate Agent, Carrickfergus, Permanent, £21,000 - £27,000.

Hays are working in partnership with an independent estate agency based in Carrickfergus. Due to the growth of the business they have a requirement for a Property Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.

Your new role
As Property Manager you will be involved with the management and maintenance of a growing residential block management portfolio. This position will be suitable for an applicant with experience and knowledge of the industry, excellent customer service skills and the ability to work under pressure. Key responsibilities : Attendance at all management meetings; Oversee all requests from meetings within a specific time frame; Schedule, complete and document development inspections; Point of contact for maintenance issues; Oversee all service requests within a specific time frame; Co-ordinate repairs with service contractors; Obtain maintenance and service quotes; Debt Recovery Process; Develop and manage tender procedures; Develop the residential block management portfolio; Liaise with Directors and Shareholders of existing and new residential companies; Adhere to Data Protection Act, anti-money laundering legislation and health and safety requirements; Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained through excellent customer service skills.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this position you should possess: Essential criteria - Five GCSE's (or equivalent) including English and Maths at grade C or above; Relevant third level education; At least one years' experience in a similar role; Knowledge of property maintenance and all relevant legislation; Ability to work under pressure as part of a highly driven team; Clean driving license. Desirable criteria - Knowledge of Sage Line 50; Knowledge of Word, Excel and office programmes; Knowledge or experience in residential block management.
