Description

As the incoming Property Management Surveyor/Senior Surveyor, you will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of mixed assets across the South West and or Wales region, acting for a broad range of clients, from funds, property companies, private investors and developers.

Specific duties:

• To manage a portfolio of mixed asset classes

• Identify opportunities for asset management across your portfolio

• Day-to-day property management, acting to resolve issues efficiently

• Engaging with key stakeholders, clients and occupiers in a professional manner

• Managing client relationships effectively

• Support more junior members of the team and contribute to develop of the regional business

• Seek to cross sell opportunities for other business lines

• Process applications and recommendations

• Work closely with the Facilities Management team

Profile

The ideal candidate for the Property Management Surveyor/Senior Surveyor role in Bristol/Cardiff will;

• Have a good track record in commercial property management

• Be MRICS, or working towards the APC

• Display excellent written English and communication skills

• Have good computer Literacy, specifically in Microsoft Office and TBS

• Act as a team-player

• Be highly organised, enthusiastic and committed to self-development

• Express good commercial awareness and market knowledge
