Senior Project Manager - Developer

Position: Senior Project Manager

Location: Central London

Salary: up to £90,000 plus competitive bonus (15-30%) & pension (20%)

Would you be interested in working for one of the world's largest privately-owned property businesses who develop, manage & invest globally? If so, we are interested in speaking with senior level Project Managers who have a keen interest in working on complex real estate projects in demanding locations, to discuss a critical position reporting into the COO.

Leading the preparation of a plan for delivery in support of a business plan behind a 2-acre mixed use scheme based in the West End, you will ideally be a seasoned delivery focused individual who has experience of developing strategies for design, procurement, execution and operational management. This appointment is to ensure that maximum value is leveraged from the development financially in a manner which supports the company's vision and values.

Key responsibilities;

• Develop the plan for project delivery
• Bring a seasoned delivery focus throughout the project life cycle
• Establish strategies for resourcing, procurement and execution
• Ensure robust commercial contracting arrangements
• Drive outcomes consistent with objectives
• Ensure compliance to health & safety
• Manage the projects operational performance

To be considered for the role you must have compelling experience in similar environments with a demonstrable track record of project delivery successes at all stages of the development life cycle. A membership to an industry related body would be advantageous but isn't essential.
