National Estates Manager

My client, a highly reputable charity operating throughout the UK is currently looking to hire a Estates Manager to lead on the development of their asset strategy and investment planning.

The successful candidate will need to take the lead on the development and implementation of the estates and assets strategy, being responsible for maximising capital values and minimising costs, to ensure the client obtain sustainable benefit from their property estate.

Responsibilities:

  • To develop and manage key relationships and networks
  • To undertake property negotiations
  • To lead on our asset and property management
  • To manage legal compliance and risk

Requirements:

  • Full RICS membership or equivalent level in a property or legal discipline, with evidence of continuing professional development and a commitment to upholding professional standards
  • Evidence of formulating and delivering strategic objectives
  • A strong working knowledge of estate and asset management
  • A proven ability of leading and managing the acquisition and disposal of operational assets
  • Ability to advise on diverse, nationwide estate portfolio
  • Experience of writing and interpreting business cases, board papers and estate management plans along with strong project management skills and experience
  • Proven budgetary management experience

On offer:

  • Up to £55,000 + £5,400 car allowance
