Lettings Manager – up to £45,000 OTE £60,000 to £65,000

This award winning BTR/PRS landlord, with over 2,500 homes under management in London and many more coming online in London and the UK in the next 2-3 years, are looking for an experienced Lettings Manager to join it’s existing and highly successful team. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to work for a company who really cares about it’s employees and who believes in the importance of providing a 1st class customer experience. 

Reporting to the Head of Operations you will be responsible for working with the Lettings team to ensure that the applicants experience is always brilliant, that home are being marketed appropriately and that budgeted targets for occupancy and revenue are exceeded. To achieve this, the Lettings Manager will:

  • Lead the team, ensuring calls out are made and enquiries and viewings are followed up immediately.
  • Monitor the reservations taken, checking that all referencing and brand Standard requirements have been met.
  • Visit homes released to the market and those planned to be released, giving feedback to relevant colleagues in order that all homes are presented in excellent order.  
  • Work in partnership with Marketing & Partnerships to drive new enquiries and registrations.
  • Accurately report and record all activity in line with the companies processes and policies.

The ideal Lettings Manager will:

  • Be ARLA qualified
  • Have thorough knowledge of the Lettings and Property Management Processes
  • Be customer service orientated
  • Be target and achievement orientated
  • Be enthusiastic, flexible and motivated with the ability to inspire those around them,
  • Be an experienced communicator at multiple business levels
