Job Details
An Investment Surveyor at Associate Director, or Senior Surveyor level, is required to join a global and highly prestigious Consultancy with instructions from leading Landlords. The role will be very hands on, reporting directly to the Partner and Head of Investment - and will involve completing opportunistic transactions across the UK, in addition to providing detailed appraisals. You will be working very closely with client-side companies; which include private equity houses, funds, and very well capitalised Prop Cos.
Please note there are currently two vacancies in this team - one with an multi-sector Commercial focus, and one with an Industrial focus.
The key duties will include:
- Partnering closely with Landlords to deliver opportunistic investment strategies across the UK, with a focus on all commercial asset classes
- Utilising financial appraisals to communicate detailed advice to Landlords on the strength of an investment
- Managing third parties throughout the investment process
- Acting as a key point of contact to Landlords, to ensure their strategies are executed optimally.
