Client Accountant - Well established property company

Client Accountant - £30,000 to £35,000 depending on experience

Established over 120 years ago, our client, is looking for an experienced Client Accountant to join its existing team. With a long history of selling and letting properties in the Richmond Borough, this is a great opportunity to join a growing and successful company.

The Client Accountant is a varied and satisfying role requiring the suitable candidate to be able to prioritise and work quickly and efficiently within a busy office. You will work closely with the Residential Lettings Team and be solely responsible for the Client Accounting for around 200 properties.

The Client Accountant will:

• Have strong organisational and communication skills
• A background within accounting for an Estate Agency business
• Quick knowledge assimilation and logic application
• Good attention to detail and use of initiative to achieve optimum performance
• Be able to work as a team and build relationship with colleagues and clients, "thinking outside of the box"
• Be able to adapt to changing priorities and/or demands in a challenging environment
• Have a strong knowledge of Sage (essential) and Excel
• Have knowledge of Alto (preferred)
