Permanent Position: £25,000 - £35,000 plus car allowance and bonus

The Detail

You will be supporting, learning from and working with an industry-leading professional who has had the experience of working for several top developers and is a genuinely nice person to work with.

This role covers all aspects of the development process post-acquisition, and you will eventually work on numerous projects across the city.

Some of your responsibilities include:

  • The delivery of high-quality mixed-use development schemes from inception to completion
  • Attending meetings with consultants and updating senior management on progress
  • Working with architects, planners, engineers, and other such external stakeholders
  • Tweaking and fine-tuning appraisals on future developments
  • Managing projects through the planning process
  • Produced detailed reports of project progress
  • Liaising with other departments to maintain progress and keep relevant people briefed

 

The Assistant Development Manager

You must be a dynamic commercially minded professional with plenty of enthusiasm and a “can-do” attitude. Organisation is key as there are numerous plates to spin, on numerous projects.

This position will involve plenty of problem solving and negotiation so being able to think on your feet with strong communication skills are essential.

You will also need to have at least a year of experience working for a property/residential developer and have a degree in a relevant subject.
