Based from a single business hub, this group of property experts have secured long standing professional relationships with their clients, who range from private individuals, to Banks and Building Societies, Pension Funds, Developers, Property Companies and Local Authorities


Your new role

With an increasing client demand, comes natural business growth, which means your new company are looking to employ a chartered building surveyor to provide technical support and professional advice to their local clients.

Your role will involve a range of surveying duties, such as building surveys on commercial and residential properties, schedules of conditions, dilapidations and contract administration on repair work and office fit-outs.


What you'll need to succeed

Due to the nature of the work, you will need to be a full member of the RICS, as you will need to be able to carry out and sign off full structural surveys.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a year's experience post qualification, and will possess an RICS accredited degree in Building Surveying or similar.

This role requires you to be based locally to Kingston-On-Thames, and within a 40 minute drive from the office.

You will need a valid UK drivers license and access to a vehicle.
