Job Details
A successful property consultancy has recently appointed Beach Baker to recruit a Building Surveyor within their growing Plymouth office.
The role will involve:-
* Building condition surveys
* Minor works design and specification
* Contract administration
* Compliance and project monitoring
* Equality Act (prev. DDA) advice
* Dilapidations advice
* Rebuilding cost assessments
* CDM Co-ordination
