Building & Property Manager

Permanent, Full-time (37 hours per week)

£43,035 plus market supplement of £10,010 per annum

We are seeking to appoint on a permanent basis to the Building & Projects Manager post within the Property & Estates Service.

As the Building and Property Manager you will be managing the Council’s capital building works and projects team to provide a range of project management and feasibility studies for all new buildings, alterations, adaptations and extensions. The post is also responsible for co-ordinating the Council building maintenance programme and statutory compliance ensuring corporate properties are maintained to high standards and meet statutory requirements.
