Reporting to the Building & Property Manager, you will be joining a very active Buildings and Projects Team comprising Building Surveyors, Project Managers, M&E Engineers and Architects and working alongside colleagues in the Estates and Civic Development Project teams.

The purpose of the Buildings & Property Team is to deliver capital reinvestment and improvement projects, statutory compliance and planned maintenance to a diverse portfolio of Council properties.

In addition to this the team offers technical support, guidance and valuable expertise to internal and external stakeholders.

As Building Surveyor you will project manage a variety of contracts, maintain key relationships with stakeholders, and provide an excellent surveying service alongside your professional colleagues in the team.
