The department is looking to recruit Surveyor up to associate partner to acquire and dispose of land for retirement housing as well as identify and align funding for land deals – both sales and rentals. The remit will be UK wide but predominantly in London and the South East. The role is paying up to £60k + car allowance + bonus + benefits etc.

The role

• Working as part of team to acquire & sell land and manage funding relationships
• Management of clients (funders & operators) on a ‘day to day’ basis.
• Responsibility for the management of land and funding deals – to include sourcing land, marketing opportunities, working with consultants and solicitors.
• Preparing and issuing marketing advice – including pricing and advice on land value.
• Responsibility for consultancy reports and market led advice to clients.
• Working closely with wider network across Residential Development, Healthcare, and regional colleagues in key locations where instructions are located.
• Unit pricing for schemes with accompanying comparable evidence and rationale.
• Build and manage database of land evidence for the sector.
