Valuation Surveyor Residential Investment & Development

You will become a key member of their valuation team and your role will primarily focus on the residential valuation work that arises within it.

The valuation work you will undertake will be primarily for bank / mortgage purposes, and will be in three key areas; Firstly you will value single dwellings primarily within London and Greater London. In addition you will value residential investment properties, primarily whole blocks of apartments with a wide variety of rental values. The final area will be in development land.

The successful individual will be highly competent and able to communicate with high net worth individuals, major lenders and residential developers.

Key Skills and Experience

In terms of experience we require a Registered Valuer and MRICS chartered surveyor with either commercial valuation experience who desires to forge their career into this area, or alternatively a valuation surveyor with a residential focus that already has experience in the specific areas described above.
