Job Details

An entrepreneurial private property developer specialising in commercial and residential mixed use schemes in London and the South East.  The business has an impressive portfolio of projects including student accommodation, offices, hotels buildings and residential projects.  The business is seeking an additional experienced development manager to run various projects and assist in new business opportunities.

The Role

  • Reporting to the CEO to manage projects through all development phases.
  • To work with a range of internal teams and external advisors on design, planning, cost management and construction
  • Manage pre-let and leasing activity
  • Work with internal and external PM teams through design, planning, procurement and delivery phases
  • To manage development and project management processes to both time and budget
  • To assist with due diligence on new purchases
  • Financial and development appraisals, cashflow modelling 

The Person

  • MRICS qualified from a developer or consultancy
  • Commercial led mixed use experience
  • A track record in delivering schemes from inception through delivery phases via third party advisors
  • Technically strong with the ability to manage complex stakeholders
