Real Estate Portfolio Analyst – London – Offering up to £45,000 Per annum + Benefits

A leading global property consultancy is looking to recruit a real estate portfolio analyst to work in their strategic real estate team.  The role will be based in London working on a high profile media based client account where you will be conducting a variety of analyses for real estate strategies.

Job Role:

• Analysis of financial impact of real estate transactions using net present value, IRR, book impact, and company and/or client-specific processes.
• Review the accuracy of the information provided and respond to requests from management and clients.
• Responsible for collection and input of large data sets from multiple sources to assist in identifying key issues, cost trends, opportunities. This includes the preparation and manipulation of outputs from pivot tables, comparison tables, reports, and sensitivity analysis.
• Present key market research on industry best practice & comparables
• Understands and works with existing scenario planning, tools/models, relating to large scale owned and leased real estate portfolio.
• Prepares financial and other analyses across a range of deliverables, including market plans, benchmarks, scenario models, financial underwriting, trend analysis, transactions, and development summaries, dashboards, and reports.
• Strong analytical and strategic problem solving capabilities.
• Excellent customer service skills as you will be working closely with the client
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills.
• Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. 
• Ability to calculate and analyse real estate of deal terms, including generating financial analysis (discounted cash flow models) 
• Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
• Experience in Google Suite tools and MS Office Products (Excel, Access, Power Point, Word, etc) with a strong emphasis on Google Sheets and Slides.
