This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced residential block manager to spearhead the growth of the Midlands office and be rewarded with a leap in seniority where you may be responsible for the success of the region.

This newly created position builds on the existing business. The office already manages 2500-3000 units and your role will be to build on its success by business developing and integrating new clients.

To be successful in the role, you will need to:

  • Regularly attend networking events
  • Identify builders of residential blocks
  • Identify who has planning applications
  • Network through LinkedIn to find suitable prospect clients
  • Build relationships with new companies to understand their needs and objectives
  • Advise potential clients on the right to manage
  • Target clients in the Midlands region from Crewe to Milton Keynes.


To be considered for this opportunity, it is likely you will be MIRPM qualified with a strong background in residential block management. You will also need to have the self-confidence to network with new clients in order to successfully sell the service of residential block management.

You will be reward with a basic salary of £35-40k plus a bonus of 5% of all fees introduced (which could be £10k).
