Senior Surveyor/Associate

My client is a leading, Global Commercial Real Estate services provider. They currently have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Surveyor/Associate to manage a prestigious and high-profile, London portfolio.

As you manage the mixed commercial portfolio, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing Landlord and sub-tenant relationships
• Lease obligation compliance management
• Managing lease and financial events dates including, but not limited to, expiries, options and rent reviews, portfolio management, and service charge budgeting
