Customer Facing Facility Co-ordinator / Estate Manager working within retirement living complex.

Working for a large housing Association this is an immediate role for 3 months with the possibility of it becoming permanent.


You will be based on two sites in the Northamptonshire area, both of which provide retirement living for residents in a self contained flats with communal areas. As the Estate manager your role will be to be the main point of contact for The garden maintenance and building maintenance contractors, ensuing health and safety is a priority and that the residents are looked after at all times.
You will Ensure Property compliance in line with corporate requirements and current legislation
Working with residents and apartment owners to ensure residents reside in a safe, secure and clean environment.Understanding the needs of individual residents and their mobility issues in the event of emergency situations and to assist in making life as stress free as possible in their living environment.

You will Provide excellent front-line liaison services.


What you'll need to succeed

* Passionate about people and delivering quality customer service with energy and drive
* Excellent communicator at all levels
* Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a willingness to learn new skills
* Able to work unsupervised and prioritise own tasks
* Accustomed to collating, analysing and evaluation complex information
* Computer literate with good keyboard skills

* Regulatory compliance (Data Protection, Equality and Diversity, Housing Legislation, Care Quality Commission)
