Senior surveyor up to Junior Director - Central London Valuation

A leading consultancy is looking recruit from senior surveyor up to junior director within central London valuation team, the role is paying up to £65,000 + car allowance + bonus + benefits.

The role

• working specifically within the Valuation Advisory Group, you will be part of the Central London Valuation team that Specialises in providing valuation advice in this high value, fast moving market.
• This will involve providing valuations for loan security, financial reporting and acquisition purposes to a range of clients who lend or invest in London.  Assets will be predominantly commercial although there will be a degree of retail, residential and mixed use investments together with development work.
• Advice is provided on a broad range of asset types, but principally involves offices, retail and mixed-used developments
• Works with major banks and investors among a broad spectrum of local, national and international clients
• Provides specialist advice to clients based on thorough sector knowledge through wider collaboration with market leading capital markets, agency, research and management teams.

Requirements   

• MRICS & preferably a Registered valuer
• Central London experience ideal, although this is not essential
• Knowledge of Argus Developer and ValCap packages
• Strong verbal and numerical skills, an eye for detail and to be comfortable with detailed report writing.
