Lettings Negotiator - £20,000 to £24,000 OTE c£50,000

A premier Central London commercial and residential property company is seeking a motivated, hardworking and charismatic Lettings Negotiator to join it’s existing energetic and successful Lettings team. 

Established over 50 years ago, this is a great opportunity to join a company with a loyal and growing client base. If you have at least 6 months experience as a Lettings Negotiator and are looking to work for a company that rewards for success, this could be the perfect role for you. 

As Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for:

  • Actively securing new business from Landlords in the local area by canvassing and networking.
  • Arranging and coordinating viewings with applicants based on their specific needs.
  • Communicating all viewings and interested parties to Landlords.
  • Maintaining contact with pre-registered applicants to notify them of new properties matching their requirements.
  • Inviting prospective tenants to sign contracts and finalise agreements.
