Property Investment and Management company with City Centre portfolio looking to take on a Property Manager


Your new company
This reputable company has been around for many years, working with long standing clients that rely on their professional, reliable service, and have built their business purely by recommendations, referrals and personal contacts. Covering off all general practice, management and investment services on behalf of their clients, they work across industrial, commercial, retail, residential and student accommodation sectors across the North West.

Your new role
You will be expected to conduct rent reviews, landlord and tenant services, renewals, and investment acquisitions, disposals or developments. Primarily you will be involved with City Centre residential apartments and student housing.

You will join part of a wider collaborative team, working with other property managers, surveyors and contractors ensuring everything runs smoothly.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have worked as a Residential Property Manager or Assistant, and posses a strong property qualification that is RICS accredited. You'll only need a couple of years' experience, and you do not need to MRICS qualified.

Mostly, you need to be independent, able to liaise confidently with tenants, landlords and contractors alike, and be able to provide a sterling service to your clientele.
