My client is currently looking to hire a Chartered, or soon to be charted Building Surveyor to join their team. Located in Dundee, Scotland you will be working independently and also part of a team.
The Role
- The role will primarily involve undertaking a variety of inspections and surveys for a range of local and national clients.
Role Requirements
- Experience of property inspections,
- Surveys
- EPC
- Dilapidations
- Project management
- Contract administration
- Degree in Building Surveying (or equivalent)
- MRICS Chartered (or 18 months Diary completion)
Ability to maintain up to date knowledge of the current property market and economy, the Firm’s products, services and processes to deliver excellent client care.
