Job Details

Senior Surveyor and Associate Director level Commercial Property Manager sought by a market leading advisory side firm, to join a dedicated team looking after a portfolio of mainly Office and also some Industrial property on behalf of a fund they have a very long standing relationship with. The client are a top tier global Asset Manager with well over £1BN under management, and their property holdings in the UK are very diverse. The role will involve working closely with the client, and taking responsibility for your own buildings within the portfolio. They offer a very supportive and fun working environment, and rapid career progression for the right people.

Requirements

  • Ambitious and dynamic Property Manager with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • RICS qualified Chartered Surveyor is preferred but not essential
  • Experience managing a varied portfolio of commercial properties.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to swiftly build gravitas amongst clients.
  • A developing talent for leading teams whilst helping to coach and develop others.
  • Positive attitude, true team player with a ‘can do’ approach.
