Property Manager / Relationship Manager - Award winning BTR Landlord

Property Manager / Relationship Manager – £25,000 to £28,000 (depending on experience)

This award winning BTR/PRS landlord, with over 2,500 homes under management in London and many more coming online in London and the UK in the next 2-3 years, are looking for an experienced Property Manager / Relationship Manager to join it’s existing and highly successful team.

Reporting to the Senior Relationship (Property) Manager you will be responsible for providing an excellent experience for all residents, whilst actively becoming the face of the brand from point of first enquiry through the entire resident experience. 

To achieve this, the Property Manager / Relationship Manager will:

• Manage all new enquiries, viewings and the lettings process to ensure future residents are given a personalised and tailored introduction 
• Manage the resident contracting process, ensuring compliance with all standards, legislation and company standards
• Be responsive and empathetic to any issues raised by residents, ensuring that maintenance issues are resolved as quickly as possible
• Regularly inspect both occupied and vacant properties 
• Ensure the move out and deposit release process is prompt and professional
• Ensure the portfolio is Health & Safety compliant at all times, carrying out inventory checks and inspections 
• Proactively build enduring relationships with residents

The ideal Property Manager / Relationship Manager will have: 

• Previous lettings/property management experience
• Fluent spoken and business standard written English
• Demonstrable success in a customer service role, dedicated to providing an exceptional service 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to positively adapt to change
• The ability to communicate effectively with customers from a variety of backgrounds
• Good multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritise under pressure
• Self-motivation and drive, keen to progress within the organisation
