Job Details
This is a client-side Senior Asset Management role and will involve reviewing and implementing the overarching Corporate Property Asset Management Strategy and developing and delivering Asset Management Plans across the diverse portfolio in London. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a unique portfolio of assets, contributing directly to the objectives and performance of the Corporate Property Group.
The role encompasses all aspects of strategic asset management, including developing the efficiency of the assets, exploring options and opportunities to create value and maintaining optimum effectiveness of operational property. The position involves working closely with a diverse range of internal clients to strategically plan and manage the portfolio. In addition, the department undertakes the day to day property management seeking to maximise income, through rent reviews, lease renewals and assignments. The role also includes evaluation of underutilised assets, highways transactions, valuation, together with the management and disposal of surplus assets.
Candidates will be RICS chartered professionals and be experienced asset managers. This is a leadership role so experience of managing, coaching and developing staff would also be seen as advantageous. Public and Private Sector backgrounds considered.
