Residential and mixed use development projects up to £250m
Salary up to £75,000 and package
This is an excellent career opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to work on a flagship development and construction project in London.
An UK and International Property Developer is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to work client-side within the commercial management team supporting the Commercial Director across commercial and cost management activity and wider project delivery team that are leading on the construction of a key multimillion £250m residential led and mixed use scheme in City of London. The Client is currently at pre-development and pre-construction stages and due to commence construction in 2020. The projects within the property developer's portfolio are exciting and challenging involving high rise, tall buildings 50+ five star hotels and high specification residential.
You will work in a Quantity Surveyor role with at least 5-10 years experience in development and construction, ideally delivering £100m residential schemes in London for either a Property Developer or Main Contractor. Candidates with a PQS background and experience of working with a property developer on £100m+ is of interest.
